Before you start

What is your minimum order quantity?

We produce from 500 units per reference. This threshold ensures that every step — maceration, filtration, filling, finishing, quality control — benefits from the rigor our team applies. It is also the volume where the economics of a launch align with the finishing level we deliver.

What are your production lead times?

Count on 4 to 6 weeks for standard filling. For a turn-key project: 12 to 16 weeks from signing to finished product, including olfactory selection, validation and regulatory documentation.

How do you guarantee the confidentiality of my project?

We systematically sign an NDA before exchanging any technical details. No hidden subcontracting without your written agreement. No client name is ever disclosed.

Do you handle regulatory compliance for export?

Yes, fully. We handle CLP, REACH, IFRA, cosmetic GMP, EC 1223/2009 and the specifics of each target market (GCC, UK, Turkey, Australia). Complete export documentation included.

Can I visit the workshop in Provence?

Gladly, by appointment. Our Montauroux workshop, thirty minutes from Grasse, welcomes our partners for olfactory validations, packaging reviews and quality audits.

What transport modes do you offer?

All, according to your market. ADR road for Europe, air and sea (IMDG) for GCC and Asia-Pacific, multimodal for Africa and the Americas.
