Three operations that decide the clarity, the hold and the olfactory fidelity of an eau de parfum. We carry them out for you, and hand back the juice ready to fill.
Gravimetric weighing of the concentrate and of denatured cosmetic ethyl alcohol, perfumery grade. Every register is covered — eau de Cologne, eau de toilette, eau de parfum, extrait — at the dosage and alcohol strength of your formula. Controlled addition of any additives: demineralised water, UV filter, colourant, chelating agent.
Rest in stainless-steel tanks or inert containers, away from light and at controlled temperature, until the accord binds and the structure stabilises. Duration set with you according to the nature of the concentrate and the dosage level. Olfactory control at the start and end of maceration.
Chilling then cartridge filtration to remove insolubles and waxes. The goal: a perfectly clear juice that stays clear on the shelf and does not haze in the cold. Visual control on column, density and alcohol strength recorded, certificate of analysis attached to the batch.
